In 2017, Ben was honoured with the prestigious RANZ Roofing Excellence Award, a testament to his exceptional work as a foreman. At that time, he was not just managing large-scale projects and leading sizable crews; he was setting the standard for excellence in our field.

Ben’s extensive knowledge and hands-on approach are key to his success. He has a passion for teaching, always eager to pass on his skills to the next generation of roofers. He believes in showing others what a rewarding career roofing can be, and his dedication to quality is second to none.

Since receiving the RANZ Roofing Excellence Award, Ben has moved from his role as an onsite foreman to Project Manager, now overseeing projects and coordinating with foremen and staff.
