At Harkin Roofing, safety is our top priority. Our company policy mandates the use of edge protection for all roof installations whenever feasible to safeguard our team. We own and operate the Intaks edge protection system, with a dedicated installation team ensuring it is set up correctly and efficiently. By taking a proactive approach to fall protection, we create a safer work environment and uphold the highest industry standards.

Every member of our staff receives extensive on-the-job training, reinforced by a structured apprenticeship program that provides in-depth, hands-on experience. Our dedication to training excellence was recognized when we were awarded Training Company of the Year 2024 by RANZ.
Beyond apprenticeship training, we ensure that our qualified roofers continue to grow their skills through ongoing professional development.
